General fitness and meditation




Physical fitness is a result of regular physical activity, proper diet and nutrition, and proper rest for physical recovery within the parameters allowed by the genome. It is believed that fitness and meditation go hand in hand. It is commonly believed that meditation promotes fitness and helps an individual to remain fit and hence extends happy life.
Meditation is termed as a perfect way to promote total fitness as it promotes both mental and physical fitness. It is the meditation that helps an individual to keep his emotions in control and lets one keep oneself in good mood. A fit person is capable to face and win    every kind of situation.

It has been believed that regular meditation actually enables a person to have the power to increase ones positive emotions while also improving his health. It is the meditation that promotes the well being of an individual, it has been perceived that a good mediator gradually gets the power to fight germs as it promotes anti-bodies in the individual. In other words, we can say that meditation boosts immunity system of the body.
